On November 20, 2009, the preliminary investigation judge of the Court of Catanzaro, Dr. Gabriella Reillo, ordered the postponement of the preliminary hearing at the next December 11.
The postponement was necessary to allow Mr. Ottavio Frammartino, PRC provincial secretary of the Communist Party, the extraction of documents relating to the trial, at the request of a national, all in order to enable the eventual establishment of a civil party under Article 9 of Law 267/2000.
the next hearing on December 11 we hope that we can definitely conclude the court case.

l data 29/10/2009, con provvedimento del GUP del Tribunale di Catanzaro, è stato disposto il dissequestro di gran parte del territorio di proprietà delle società del Gruppo Ittica Valdagri/Marinagri, per un'estensione di circa 182 ettari, in quanto estraneo ai due capi di imputazione oggetto del procedimento penale.

La restituzione delle suddette aree consente al Gruppo Marinagri di cantierizzare immediatamente ulteriori investimenti nel settore della ricettività di lusso, per come da tempo proggettati all'interno della strategia di sviluppo turistico programmato nella città Marinagri.
