On November 20, 2009, the preliminary investigation judge of the Court of Catanzaro, Dr. Gabriella Reillo, ordered the postponement of the preliminary hearing at the next December 11. The postponement was necessary to allow Mr. Ottavio Frammartino, PRC provincial secretary of the Communist Party, the extraction of documents relating to the trial, at the request of a national, all in order to enable the eventual establishment of a civil party under Article 9 of Law 267/2000.
the next hearing on December 11 we hope that we can definitely conclude the court case.
